The BDEW Information Day on Standby Service will take place in Hanover on 5 December. We will present ourselves with an exhibition stand and present the Oncall Duty Service Scheduling Module, the planning instrument for oncall duty services. The aim of the module is the role-based control of stand-by availability and the information of the affected employees about their deployment. The standby service, which is also available for fault clearance outside normal business hours, thus receives a secure database application for recording, changing and documenting the standby availability.
