Workflow application for recording and processing fault and damage reports.
Description
Development of a workflow application for the processes "fault report/system malfunction" and "planned shutdown" for cross-divisional processing of fault and damage reports. Module for generating statistics for the associations and the regulatory authority. Integration of SAP and GIS.
Results
The daily work in the control room is considerably facilitated. All processes are documented and are available as a company-wide information platform on malfunctions in the ENRW intranet. Paper forms for fault and damage reports are a thing of the past.
